Terms of Service
Last updated September 29, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of StreamCloud (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
StreamCloud lets you connect a Google Drive account and a YouTube channel, choose a video already stored in your Drive, and schedule it to be streamed to YouTube Live at a time you choose, either once (“Play Once”) or repeated for a set duration (“Loop”). The Service does not offer unlimited streaming: every plan has a maximum length per stream and a maximum amount of streaming per month, shown on the Pricing page and in your account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country to use the Service.
4. Connecting Google Drive and YouTube
You grant the Service permission to access only the Google Drive files you explicitly select (via Google’s file picker) and the YouTube channel(s) you connect, solely to carry out the streams you schedule. You can disconnect either at any time from the Connections page. Your use of Google services through StreamCloud is also subject to Google’s own terms.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the videos you stream. You are solely responsible for having the rights to stream that content, and for complying with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, and with all applicable laws. StreamCloud does not review or moderate your content before it streams.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to stream content you do not have the right to distribute, to violate any law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or the infrastructure it runs on.
7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Availability and reliability
The Service depends on third parties it does not control, including Google Drive, YouTube, and cloud infrastructure providers. StreamCloud makes reasonable efforts to run scheduled streams reliably, including monitoring and automatically recovering streams that stop responding, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and is not liable for streams that fail due to a third-party outage, a revoked connection, or content that a provider rejects.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the support contact shown in your account.
